Sharing a Vision

The makeover happening at Kent's Tri-Court Senior Living community is something everyone at SHAG is excited about.  Our communities from Olympia to Bellingham know about the transformation of Park Court, Meeker Court and Green River Court into the Tri-Court Senior Living Community.  Our residents, staff, and the Kent community are eagerly awaiting the completion of the project.  This is why, every step of the way, we want to share with you our progress and vision for the The Tri-Court Senior Living Community.

If you drive by, you may have noticed a sign that is under construction.  Below is a picture of what that sign will eventually look like. We think it looks pretty neat.

We hope that if you haven't visited us yet, that you will take the time to stop in and say hello.  We will be here, working away on a makeover we are hoping will make our residents and future residents proud.

The latest edition of the Makeover Times is here with an update on the progress of the Tri-Court construction.  The new lobby in Meeker Court is looking sharp and the common rooms are coming together nicely.  It is exciting to see the metamorphosis of this great community unfold!

Word Spreads Fast about Tri-Court Senior Living

SHAG's renovations at The Tri-Court will not be the best kept secret in Kent for long!  An article in the Kent Reporter highlights the project.  Also word of mouth is generating calls about Tri-Court Senior Living from as far away as Oregon. The newly renovated 2 bedrooms are leasing fast, so call now if you are interested in this convenient and exciting senior living community.

Painting Hallways at The Tri-Court

 

Crews have been busy this week adding a fresh coat of paint to the hallways of Meeker Court, Green River Court and Park Court!

Side note: Do you know where the oldest known paintings in the world are?  The Grotte Chauvet in France is said to have paintings that are 32,000 years old.  They are of horses and other animals and painted using red and black colors made from clay.

New Features Coming To Tri-Court Senior Living

Residents are excited about the new features that are coming to the Tri-Court campus.  Green River Court will host the Billiard Room, while Meeker Court will feature a new Media Center and Park Court will house a fitness center.  Residents at all three buildings will get to use the amenities, walking easily between buildings using a key card entry system.  Also on campus will be a new community garden, a community van for resident use and a community electric car.  Each community will also be featuring pea patch planters and a new fountain in their individual courtyards.

Pea Patch Planters will add gardening space to the Tri-Courts three courtyards.  The pea-patch planters featured here are in Meeker Court's courtyard and are almost complete.
